My Philosophy
I believe that every woman has the potential to tap into and harness the power of divine feminine energy and awaken the goddess within her. Once awakened she can create positive change and increased sense of ease in their lives. I provide personal life coaching for women helping them discover their own inner strength, develop greater resilience and wisdom, and align with her Divine Source!
My Experience
I've been a certified Life Coach since 2014, but I began working with people from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges for much longer. With a diverse background in nursing, psychology, sex education, business management and accounting, holistic health and nutrition, as well as more than 3 years of world religious philosophies, I'm able to provide a unique, personalized, holistic approach to coaching.
My Approach
I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching that also honors the deepest desires of one's spirit utilitizing the ancient wisdom from around the world coupled with science-based techniques. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achiieve your goals.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, online courses, workshops, and retreats. My areas of expertise include Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Reiki, stress management, spiritual and psychic advancement, sensuality, and intimacy.
